Today we had a run out and visited a few lakes and fells, some we’ve seen a few times recently and a few we’ve not seen for years.
First of all we stopped near Crummock Water and wandered up the side of Cinderdale Beck.
Looking back from the beck we spotted the Moon high above Melbreak
We also spotted a couple of unnamed fell tops π
After Crummock Water we stopped off by Loweswater for a quick photograph
After this I had intended taking some photographs looking out over the coast and towards Scotland, but I was shocked by the amount of wind turbines cluttering up the land and spoiling the views.
From here we popped by Ennerdale.
Finally we stopped on the way home to look back towards the fells as the light was looking nice π
All in all a nice morning out and about in the Cumbrian hills.
