I set off to work a few minutes early this morning so I could take a couple of photographs. I’d been reading reports of the aurora borealis when I woke and decided to try and spot some (I’d have stayed up to watch it during the night but I need my beauty sleep before a long day at work ;-)). Stuck in traffic
Driving to work this morning and the traffic was slow going (okay, it was some elderly gent driving up the middle of the road at 20MPH but it was painful ;-)). So I decided to pause at the side of the road for a moment and look at the scenery, I’m pleased I did as the early morning light was just catching Wild Boar Fell.
