I started a pen & ink drawing of Rannerdale Knotts as it’s a view I’ve not tried before. So obviously I picked up the watercolours for this pen & ink 😉 anyway, after a bit of splashing paint around I had finished and wasn’t to annoyed by the result which was a nice change. I took a quick scan of it then went to work. Now I look at it on the computer I’m not sure why I thought it was okay, time to go back to the drawing board…

I sat down to practice some watercolour techniques, so it was only logical that I taped a piece of paper to the board and started a pen and ink drawing with a Tolkien theme 😉 I was going to add a colour tint but decided to leave it as it is.
