Whilst out for an early morning wander with Hugo I noticed Venus, Mars and Jupiter rising above the Pennines with the almost full Moon illuminating the foreground, so I wandered back to the house for the camera and tripod and went back out πŸ˜‰   There’s a larger version with labels here > link.

Well, it’s in the first photo somewhere πŸ˜‰ Anyway, I was off out to the shop this morning when I noticed a nice alignment of planets so grabbed the camera for a quick photo.   Here’s a cropped labelled version.   A while later (after shopping) I took a large panoramic of a misty dawn in the Eden valley.
