Argh! That's even worse than my garbage problem.
I've now taken to accumulating the bags (I have about 2-3 30l bags of rubbish a month) with the recycling and taking my dad's car once a month to the recycling station.

Last time I went to the brand new main recycling station, I was a bit in a hurry as they were about to close. Then found out they don't take garbage bags.
The guy told me to put it out in the evening when it's specifically forbidden (I wouldn't anyway as we have foxes, cats and crows in profusion). But then he was nice enough to offer to take them home and put them in his garbage bins.
