I did change my mind and started a pen & ink the other night, it’s A3 which is a big mistake (as there’s a lot to cover and hard to get online ;-)) Anyway, this is the start of the ink stage π

Ilmarin, a little house in the Country (pt.2)
I was really starting to wonder if I should give up on illustrating Ilmarin, then a scribble turned out better than I’d hoped and ideas started to become a bit more solid. I’m just struggling at the moment to stay happy, it feels like I can’t remember not being in pain. Well I wake up in pain, nothing I try relieves it, then I go to bed in pain. The next physiotherapist appointment is three weeks away, not that they are doing much to help other than suggest different exercises to try. Still I can’t really grumble, I’m not sick as such; just annoyed that whatever I do it’s accompanied by pain. I think I need a holiday π
