I was really starting to wonder if I should give up on illustrating Ilmarin, then a scribble turned out better than I’d hoped and ideas started to become a bit more solid. I’m just struggling at the moment to stay happy, it feels like I can’t remember not being in pain. Well I wake up in pain, nothing I try relieves it, then I go to bed in pain. The next physiotherapist appointment is three weeks away, not that they are doing much to help other than suggest different exercises to try. Still I can’t really grumble, I’m not sick as such; just annoyed that whatever I do it’s accompanied by pain. I think I need a holiday 😉

Yes, we had blue skies today, and so we set off fairly early to have a wander in the lakes with the dog, of course we had to take a camera along 🙂 We did not spend the whole day out there as it was very cold and my knees started to hurt early on.
