Well, it was almost a good start, the thermometer on the car read -7.5C when I jumped in to go shopping this morning, and whilst the car started fine the brakes had decided to freeze on :-/ anyway, the delay in setting off meant I caught the dawn sky over the Pennines 😉

It’s been a bit chilly
We had a little bit of snow last week, nothing that stopped up getting about which was handy 😉 anyway, I popped out with the camera and took a few chilly photographs.

I’ve been playing around with low light levels, or more importantly trying to capture just enough of the light to convey how I see scenes in front of me. I’d been planning on some close up low level still life shots when I noticed how the light was catching Julie as she worked, so I snapped a couple of photographs before she objected 😉
