I know it’s only been a couple of weeks since my operation* but then I was bored and frustrated on day two not being able to do something creative, today I went for a wander and took the camera along to try and reduce the boredom/frustration – taking photographs with my left hand was a challenge, and I could use my right hand for the lighter stuff. During our day out yesterday we noticed a sign for a Viking treasure that was on display in Kirkcudbright, so we popped in to have a look, it was very impressive work (given that it was buried in 900AD).
