Snow Day
Our day started far too early as we walked to the end of the lane to see if we could get the car up the hill. There turned out to be far too much snow to bother attempting it so we returned home, decided to take a quick photo of Cassiopeia over the snowy trees… Then I waited for it to get a bit lighter before venturing out again 😉

I went for a wander in the snow across the fields and came upon this character… I thought he looked a stylish chap and worthy of a photo. Then I spotted this tree… Now I just need to remember where it is for future sketches/photographs 🙂

I had to walk up past Ribblehead Viaduct this morning and noticed this old cabin on an embankment, so on my way back down (after my work was done ;-)) I stopped to snap a photograph. Not sure how long this platelayers cabin has stood derelict, but it must have been quite cosy in the middle of winter with the fire going.
