This morning I popped round by Long Meg, mainly because I needed a reference photo or two for a painting I’m planning. When I returned home I started playing with one of the photographs on the computer and ended up making a print of it π

The only benefit…
The only benefit I can see for working silly hours is the sights you see driving too and from work. My journey home this morning was quiet (as most sensible folk were in bed), and the views inspiring. I almost wish I didn’t need to sleep so I could get to painting a misty Shire scene, as it is I’ll post the photographs from my drive home and then crash out for a few hours.

We had a week away to recharge batteries and relax for a bit, during our week away we managed a few trips to see new sights and wander for a while in the woods. We stayed at Riverside Tourer Park this weekend for a bit of R&R, while we were there I took a little time to take a photo or two of Gillcambon Beck. Again I’ll be producing these as prints when I work out the details I’ll post here.
