We had a wander this morning to look for a stone circle we’ve never visited before, we tried to find it years ago and completely missed it (but then we didn’t have a map or a phone with us ;-)). Luckily we found the Cockpit Stone Circle quite easily this time, was a bit strange visiting it on a busy day for walkers/cyclists/horse riders and for no one else to pause and look at the stone circle.

This morning I popped round by Long Meg, mainly because I needed a reference photo or two for a painting I’m planning. When I returned home I started playing with one of the photographs on the computer and ended up making a print of it 😉
