Ribblehead Viaduct and a Bit of Water

We had a run out today and paused for a wander by Ribblehead Viaduct; Victorian architecture on this scale is amazing, no computers, no huge powered cranes, yet they still managed to build a structure that is still going strong today.   On our way home I stopped to take a couple of photographs of a waterfall, well, it would have been wrong not to 😉

Bring Me Sunshine

We visited Morecambe, mainly because I wanted to visit the music shop there, but also because neither of us had been there for years so it was a chance to see what it was like these days. The weather turned pretty poor as we approached, with first thick fog on the M6 then a drizzly mist when we arrived at Morecambe.
