Today we visited Acorn Bank, near Temple Sowerby, Cumbria. It’s a National Trust run site and the gardens are well worth a visit, before the gardens though we had a wander through the woods and I took a few too many photographs.

We were out and about today mainly for a couple of things from the shops, but it was an excuse to take the cameras out for a ride 😉 The greens were very bright in the Sunlight and the trees were starting to shine against the clouds.
