Not that I’m complaining as the cloud made for some interesting effects. First off was the cloudy sunrise – A couple of hours later and we were traveling West along the A66, the light did not look very exciting until we approached Blencathra and shafts of light broke through the cloud – Finally they view from our lunch stop 🙂

Morning wanders
This morning we decided to go somewhere different for our morning wander, so we jumped in the car and headed off towards Mungrisdale. The light wasn’t brilliant, but it was still nice to be out looking at the, somewhat hazy, fells.

This morning we needed to go to the shop for some dog food, so rather than wait until the shops were packed we had an early run out.
