I took a different route the other day for my wander, on that wander I noticed a view which I thought “that might make a nice photograph”. There were a couple of drawbacks though, firstly the light was terrible and the air filled with drizzle, secondly and probably more importantly I didn’t have my camera on me. So this morning when I was trying to decide where to go for a wander I grabbed the camera and headed back to the location, couldn’t find it and spent far too long…

This morning I took a few reference photographs of the cobblestone yard outside, while I was sorting through them to upload I thought this one was worthy of mention 😉 well it was once I converted it to black and white then tinted it a little 🙂

Wandering the lanes and fields this morning I paused to watch this bird wheel above the barley field, all I could hear was the wind rustling the leaves and long grass. The sense of freedom was almost akin to what the bird must feel up there 😉
