Before the dawn by Ullswater
There is something to be said for get up at stupid times of the day (or night in this case). So, at 0430hrs I was loading the camera gear in the car and hoping the cloud would vanish from in front of the Moon. I was intending taking some larger landscapes today, but we were stuck in fog and murk all day. Eventually I decided to wander down to a small waterfall and take a few photographs. I could not decide whether to leave this one in colour or black and white, so I’ve uploaded both, some will like the colour, some the b&w. I paused halfway through taking the photographs and wondered for a moment how I was going to get out again having half slid down down moss and ice covered stones…
