I was in need of some crashy wave reference photographs, and as it was windy and the tide was in we headed out. Sadly when we got there it was also in pounding with heavy, icy rain so we only spent a couple of minutes out of the car.

Our first day in Scotland started nice and early (thanks to Hugo pestering us to go out), so we had a wander on the beach as the Sun slowly mades it way above the horizon. Wander over and we had a nice breakfast looking out over Luce Bay and decided to have a drive around the Rhins of Galloway.
