Na Rannaibh

Our first day in Scotland started nice and early (thanks to Hugo pestering us to go out), so we had a wander on the beach as the Sun slowly mades it way above the horizon.

Wander over and we had a nice breakfast looking out over Luce Bay and decided to have a drive around the Rhins of Galloway. Our first stop was the Mull of Galloway lighthouse, the wind had picked up by this point and the clouds kept changing rapidly.

I hadn’t realised that we were almost halfway between Lands End and John O’Groats.

The view looking away from the lighthouse was excellent, and I took quite a few photographs for reference.

We then made our way slowly to Portpatrick, then onto Port Logan stopping every now and then to wander on a beach and watch the waves crashing over the rocks.
