….to light the night for our delight π We saw the alerts that there was quite a bit of solar activity which may give us a nice aurora display, popped outside and could see activity with the naked eye which is unusual, after a while we could start to see colour forming which is really unusual for us to see with naked eye. I started a doodle of the Pikes of Langdale, I enjoyed painting the sky and quite liked how it looked when it was dry. It had a bit more about it than my normal skies π sadly as I painted the foreground things went a bit awry and I really didn’t enjoy painting it. Still, you live and learn π
