I had to walk up past Ribblehead Viaduct this morning and noticed this old cabin on an embankment, so on my way back down (after my work was done ;-)) I stopped to snap a photograph. Not sure how long this platelayers cabin has stood derelict, but it must have been quite cosy in the middle of winter with the fire going.

Ribblehead Viaduct and a Bit of Water
We had a run out today and paused for a wander by Ribblehead Viaduct; Victorian architecture on this scale is amazing, no computers, no huge powered cranes, yet they still managed to build a structure that is still going strong today. On our way home I stopped to take a couple of photographs of a waterfall, well, it would have been wrong not to 😉
