Can’t see the wood for the copper

We thought the wall above the bed would be the ideal place for something a bit different, so, we decided to make a copper tree to go above it. After two reels of copper wire, much cutting, twisting, and bending we have a tree πŸ˜‰ at the moment it’s half summer half winter, maybe in a while I’ll turn it completely to a leaf covered summer tree.

This months theme over on John Howe’s website is Creatures from Outer Space, I think the idea was for something scary so I went with the mice (Frankie and Benjy) from Hitchhikers πŸ˜‰ well, they are pan-dimensional beings from Magrathea who wanted to cut out Arthur Dent’s brain so they could be classed as a little scary πŸ™‚
