Well, it takes me time to finish a watercolour these days, mainly because I find I’ve a thousand and one other things to do in a day. Anyway, I’ve been working on this Lake District landscape for a while now, and I’m calling it finished π actually I’m calling it finished until I decide whether to do any more to it or not.

There is something to be said for get up at stupid times of the day (or night in this case). So, at 0430hrs I was loading the camera gear in the car and hoping the cloud would vanish from in front of the Moon. Went out for a few photographs before the Sun popped up today, quite enjoyed the long exposures with the clouds moving, would have been nice to have had a clearer view of the hills as well though.
